Worcestershire Domestic Abuse Strategy 2022-2025

Worcestershire County Council, as an upper tier Local Authority, is required by the Department for Levelling up Housing and Communities (DLUCH) to produce a strategy under Part iv Domestic Abuse Act 2021 setting out its plans for securing safe accommodation and support services for victims and survivors of domestic abuse and their families. While this duty falls upon Worcestershire County Council, the response has involved all the partners in Worcestershire addressing Domestic Abuse.

The Worcestershire Domestic Abuse Partnership Board have gone beyond just the Part iv requirements of the Act and have developed a wider, community focused, domestic abuse strategy which will inform its action plan(s) over the next three years.

This is the final strategy, published on 5th January 2022.
