We will be starting to send payment letters out during the week commencing 17 August.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer the option to pay by Direct Debit for the Autumn Term at this time, if you did not pay by Direct Debit last year, due to constraints in processing and setting up new mandates. We are hoping that we will be able to offer this option for Spring Term 2021.
We had previous advised that we were reviewing the contribution amounts for School Transport. Please note that this has now been delayed and will not change for the 2020/2021 Academic Year.
You can pay for your Vacant Seat online, either annually, termly, half termly or by 9 monthly Direct Debit payments. A payment letter will be sent to you with details of how to make the payment.
Please do not make a payment unless you have received this letter.

Before you start
- do not make a payment unless you have submitted a transport application and have received a payment letter from us - if you have not, please contact us using our online enquiry form
- you will need the Education Travel reference number, found in the payment letter
- payments are dealt with as quickly as possible, however, please note that this can take up to 10 working days to process during our busy periods
