Local Government Transparency Code 2015

In October 2014 the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government issued the first Local Government Transparency Code. This was updated the following year to Local Government Transparency Code 2015.

The code sets out the minimum data and information that all Local Authorities must publish, the frequency it should be published and how it should be published. The full documents can be accessed via the GOV.uk website.

The following information sets out links to the mandatory data and information that the Council is required to publish quarterly, annually and only once. As this is a new requirement not all of the information is currently available. This page will be updated in line with the statutory deadlines.

All of the information provided can be used and re-used under the terms of the Open Government Licence, published by the National Archive - please familiarise yourself with the terms of the licence before re-using any of the data.
