We are not for profit fostering agency and wholly owned by Worcestershire County Council. This means that we only provide foster care placements for Worcestershire children meaning you are far more likely to be successfully matched with a local child or sibling group with access to a fantastic local support when you join our network of local foster carers. As a local authority we have a responsibility to find families who are able to care for children who need them. Your Local Authority Fostering Service, Worcestershire Children First Fostering provides fostering families for local children within the County of Worcestershire.

We offer a variety of different fostering types to meet the needs of children in care as well as what fostering families can provide support with.

Worcestershire Children First Fostering is the biggest fostering family within Worcestershire, we offer support to our children and families 365 days a year in a variety of different ways. Foster Carers are supported with training and development opportunities, provided with regular activities and events to network with their local fostering community. Our offer focuses on bringing people together to build your support and knowledge as a foster carer.
