
Notify a change of address
Once received, we will reassess your Change of Address notification and confirm any changes to transport, as a change of address may impact your school/college transport eligibility.
Please note that during busy periods this may take several working days.
If you remain eligible and can continue to use the existing transport we will email you to advise.
If you remain eligible but we need to change your existing transport, the contracts team will amend the contract and the new pass will be sent to you as soon as possible – we can send this to your original address or the new address, depending on the timing of the move.
If you are no longer eligible for free transport, we will write to you with any available options and details of how to make payment for them.
If you do not wish to pay for transport, we will end your record and all transport will cease.
Any pass that you are no longer eligible for will need to be returned to us or you will still be liable for costs until it is received in the office:
