Worcestershire Children First Placements Provider Portal
The new WCFPPP will allow Fostering and Kinship carers along with our other placement providers to see Remittance Advices and make One off Claims for children in their care.
The portal will be a view into the WCF’s Social Care Finance system and so any changes made will show in real time.

Who do I contact for help on using the portal?
Before the portal goes live you will be issued with a login for the portal.

How will I log into the new portal?
To register you will need an email address, which will be your portal username and you will be provided with a single use password which you will change on first log-on.

On login you will be asked for a security number, and each subsequent logins you will be asked for a couple of the numbers. On first login, please reset your password and choose a strong password. Your password must contain a minimum of nine characters, a capital letter, at least one alphabetic character and two numeric value characters.
If you get locked out of the system, please use the “Request new Password” facility on the login page.
How will I be able to change my password?
Once you have logged in to the portal, you can use the links on the right hand side to update your password
Will I be able to see historic remittances?
You will only be able to access information from our current system, so only information on payments in the current system will have remittances. This will be payments from the 3 March 2020.
Will I be able to make One Off Claims for children who have now left my care?
Yes, all children who were in your care within the new system, on and after 3 March 2020 will be available for One Off Claims. For children in your care prior the 3 March 2020 you will need to follow the previous claims process.
