Have your say on the Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS)

Take part in the public consultation in preparation of Worcestershire’s draft Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS).

The draft LNRS public consultation is now live. The public consultation on the draft Worcestershire LNRS will run from: Monday 4 August 2025 to Friday 26 September 2025.

A Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS) is a spatial strategy required by the Environment Act 2021 which will guide where and how nature recovery can best be achieved.

Before you respond to the consultation, we suggest you:

  • read and or view the consultation guidance
  • read the draft Local Nature Recovery Strategy
  • explore the supporting information and the technical evidence base behind the draft LNRS
  • read the detail of the draft Biodiversity Priorities and suggested Potential Measures
  • explore the Local Habitat Map
