District Family Hub Networks
District Family Hub Networks are an important opportunity for professionals to identify local needs and work together to further support children, young people, and families across Worcestershire.
District Family Hub Networks focus on understanding what local families need and what support already exists in the local area. By connecting in this way we strengthen partnerships by sharing information, knowledge, and resources, and find creative, collaborative solutions to meeting the needs within our local community.
At the heart of everything we do is the voice of families. Their experiences, ideas and priorities shape the way we work. The network meetings are key to help us respond to local need with innovative, joined up ways of working, making support more accessible and meaningful for the children, young people, and families we serve.
Who should attend
Any professional working to support children, young people, and families and any parent, guardian or carer who would like to share their experiences and ideas.
