Understand your child’s behaviour workshop

Want to understand more about sleep and bedtime routines? Within this workshop, we explore why sleep is important, how we can help develop good bedtime routines and get a restful night’s sleep including:

A two hour online workshop suitable for families with children aged 11 to 19 years

Understanding your baby (birth to 6 months) group

9 weekly sessions, covering:

  • baby’s brain development
  • how you and baby may be feeling
  • your developing relationship with baby
  • ways to respond to baby’s crying, developing healthy sleep patterns and feeding relationship
  • baby’s play and developmental needs
  • times when baby may be looked after by someone else or returning to work

A group for parents, partners, carers, and other family members involved in caring for baby from birth to approximately 6 months old.

10 weekly sessions, covering:
