The Council's current policies are set out in Worcestershire Minerals Local Plan (adopted 14 July 2022).

Worcestershire County Council adopted the Worcestershire Minerals Local Plan on 14 July 2022. The council has published the Minerals Local Plan, and the accompanying Sustainability Appraisal (see “Background documents, assessments and appraisals: Statutory Assessments”) and these documents can also be inspected at County Hall reception (Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP), during normal office hours and at public libraries in Worcestershire.
