The course is providing me with a great re-introduction to education and working with children. I'm really enjoying the course; it's covers every topic in depth and is encouraging me to research and gain a greater understanding of the TA role and how best to support children.
Teaching Assistant Qualifications
The maths course has been a positive experience with extra support when needed for me. There is a lot to cover in the level 2 functional skills course but with the homework and useful work sheets the content has been more manageable. The tutor is approachable and friendly and has provided different ways for the student to get to the answer.
Maths Functional Skills
Attending the course has inspired me and build my confidence to learn more and explore creativity with art in my life (Which I haven't done since my late teens and now in my forties.)
