How to check a draft Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)

This workshop is aimed at parent carers in Herefordshire and Worcestershire who have a draft Education Health & Care Plan (EHCP) or are expecting to receive one.

Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) are a key tool in ensuring young people with SEND get the right support in education. This free interactive workshop is designed to help parents and carers understand what makes an EHCP effective, how to engage in the process, and how to advocate for their child’s needs.

  • the opportunity to ask questions and hear real-life examples from other parents
