Offer good quality furniture online for sale or reuse online or offer to a local charity (check their criteria first).  Some charities may collect large furniture.  Some Household Recycling Centre sites have reuse containers which collect small items of furniture for reuse by local charities.

Broken furniture can be taken to an HRC and placed in the relevant containers (wood & metal)

If you cannot transport the item to an HRC, please book a bulky waste collection through your local council. Please note; this is a chargeable service and the item won’t be recycled.
