Overview

Cleaners carry out general cleaning of offices, shops, and homes. Domestic cleaners keep people's homes clean and tidy. They do a variety of different tasks such as mop floors, use vacuum cleaners on carpets, and dust and polish furniture. They clean the bathrooms, showers and toilets and may do the ironing or clean the windows. Industrial cleaners work in offices, schools, shops, factories, and other types of workplace. They keep them clean and tidy.

Industrial cleaners empty the bins, dust, and polish furniture, and clean the floors. They also clean the toilets and washrooms. They make sure there is enough soap, paper towels and toilet paper.
