Information
- you can freeze it by the teaspoon in ice cube trays and then use as you need to by adding it when still frozen
- mix left over pesto with butter and freeze in individual portions
- use the pesto butter on steak, chicken, lamb etc.
- mix some garlic into it as well and spread onto a toasted baguette
