No bake banana pudding

This no-bake pudding is ready in just a few minutes - perfect for when you have a sudden dessert craving. It's also a gluten, dairy and refined sugar free way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients: (serves 2)
•    1 frozen Banana or 1 banana and 4 ice cubes
•    35 grams vanilla plant-based protein powder
•    20 grams cashews
•    20 grams coconut milk cream
•    50 millilitres nut milk
•    5 grams cacao nibs (or dark chocolate for a sweeter desert)
 

Method:
1.    Place the nut milk and coconut cream in the blender first and then add the rest of the ingredients, blend until you have an ice cream like consistency.
