Ginger biscuits

Delicious spicy ginger biscuits, why buy them when you can make them better yourself?

Ingredients: (Makes about 25 biscuits)
•    110 grams butter 
•    110 grams caster sugar 
•    110 grams golden syrup 
•    225 grams self raising flour 
•    2 teaspoons ground ginger 
 

Method:
1.    Heat the oven to 180 celsius. Melt the butter, sugar, golden syrup in a pan on a medium heat. 
2.    Let the mix cool slightly then add the ginger and flour and fold together using a spatula to to form a dough. 
3.    With floured hands roll the dough into 50p size balls and place individually on baking paper tray and press down the top with a fork. 
4.    Bake for 10 minutes. 
5.    Once cooked let them cool down and store in a airtight container.
