This recipe is great for using up bread that’s a bit dry. It’s a tasty treat that can be enjoyed anytime and is quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:
•    2 slices of bread to make up a sandwich
•    2 eggs
•    Glug of milk
•    Jam or chutney - any flavour
•    Butter for frying

Method:
1.    Combine the egg and milk to make a standard French Toast dip
2.    Make your jam or chutney sandwich
3.    Dip into the egg and milk dip and soak in the batter
4.    Fry in a frying pan until golden brown and enjoy!
