Good quality electrical items can be offered for sale or reuse online or donated to a local charity (check their criteria first).

Broken items could be repaired at your nearest Repair Cafe where volunteers will try and fix it for a small donation, or taken to a Household Recycling Centre and put in the Small Electrical Appliances or scrap metal container for recycling.  Please note: if they are cordless & contain a lithium battery, please remove this battery and place in the battery recycling point before putting in the container.  

Residents in Wychavon can place small electrical items on their black bin on collection day and it will be placed in an area under the vehicle and recycled separately.

Please do not put these items in your green bin – they will not be recycled.
