Comer Road, Worcester - Experimental Restriction of Waiting

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2022 [Experimental Restriction of Waiting on Comer Road, Worcester]

On 28 April 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order which will restrict waiting Monday - Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm on the following lengths and sides of road in Worcester: -

Comer Road (East side) from a point 52 metres north of its junction with Lapal Close to a point 14 metres south of its junction with Comer Avenue (West side) from a point 22 metres south of its junction with Oldbury Road for 220 metres in a southerly direction.

The Experimental Order will come into operation on 12 May 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.

The Experimental Order has been made to allow an assessment of the effect of the Order before a decision is taken to make it permanent.& If you wish to object / make representations about the Order being made permanent you must do so in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk; by 12 November 2022 specifying the grounds on which they are made.
