Information and resources for schools

Find information about Children Missing Education (CME), DfE, Ofsted updates, and a range of attendance resources for schools.

Resources for schools within this section are updated regularly to reflect national policy and guidance. All schools should be following the new guidance here:

Attendance updates continue to be released regularly through the Council's education bulletin. Additionally, attendance good practice, top tips and links are sent directly to all Worcestershire school attendance leads.

To access penalty notices or prosecution related materials, schools will need to log into the irregular attendance section. This is password protected.

Attendance training for schools

Upcoming training offered by the Council is available for booking online. See the webpages below for more information:

New attendance training dates are promoted in the Education bulletin for schools, these are sent via email directly to School Attendance leads, and are promoted via the Council's social media links in advance.
