Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Various Roads, Broughton Hackett) (40 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2000) (Revocation) and (Various Roads, Broughton Hackett) (40 MPH Speed Limit and Order 2024
On 21 March 2024 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to Update the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Broughton Hackett to 40 miles per hour:
Various Roads, Broughton Hackett:
A422: From a point 30m northeast of its junction with C2125 for a distance of 490m in an easterly direction.
C2078: From a point 105m east of its junction with UC43019 (Manor Court) in an easterly direction to its junction with the A422.
C2078: From a point 105m east of its junction with UC43019 (Manor Court) in a southerly direction to its junction with the A422.
U43005: For its entire length.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 11 April 2024.
