Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Various Roads and B4510 Offenham) (30mph and 40mph Speed Limit) (Proposals and Revocation) Order 2025


Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to impose the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Offenham as follows:

30mph Speed Limit:

B4510 (Newtown/Evesham Road): From a point 40 metres north of its junction with U45200 (Three Cocks Lane) in a southerly then south westerly direction to a point 158 metres north of its junction with C2047 (Station Road)/U45206 (Laurels Road).

C2047 (Station Road): From a point 50 metres southeast of its junction with B4510 (Evesham Road) for 430 metres in a south easterly direction.

U45207 (Merry Lane): From its junction with C2050 (Bennetts Hill) for 40 metres in a southerly direction.

U45200 (Three Cocks Lane): From its junction with B4510 (Newtown) for 690 metres in a south westerly direction.

C2050 (Bennetts Hill): From its junction with B4510 (Evesham Road) to a point 470 metres west of its junction with B4085 (Station Road, South Littleton).

The following sections of road will revert to 30mph by virtue of street lighting:

B4510 (Evesham Road): From its junction with C2047 (Station Road)/U45206 (Laurels Road) for 260 metres in a southerly direction and 158 metres in a northerly direction.

U45206 (Laurels Road): From its junction with B4510 (Evesham Road) for 55 metres in a north westerly direction.

C2047 (Station Road): From its junction with B4510 (Evesham Road) for 50 metres in a southeasterly direction.

40mph Speed Limit:

B4510 (Offenham Road): From a point 260 metres south of its junction with C2047 (Station Road)/U45206 (Laurels Road) in a southerly direction to a point 105 metres north of its junction with B4510 roundabout (leading to Codling Road).

There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
