Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2024
[Limited Waiting (Proposal and Revocation) on Stoke Road, Bromsgrove]
On 14 March 2024 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to REPLACE Limited Waiting 2 Hours No Return within 1 Hour with Limited Waiting Mon-Fri 8am-6pm 2 Hours No Return Within 1 Hour on the following length and side of roads in Bromsgrove: -
Stoke Road: (South side) from a point 15 metres west of its junction with New Road for a distance of 14 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 4 April 2024.
