Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Wyre Forest District – Bewdley area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2023 [Prohibition of Waiting on Snuff Mill Walk, Bewdley]
On 14 March 2024 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of roads in Bewdley: -
Snuff Mill Walk, Bewdley (East side) - From a point 43m south of its junction with Park Lane for a distance of 159m in a southerly direction (the entirety of the east side). Additionally, around the cul-de-sac turning area of Snuff Mill Walk (at its southern end) for a distance of 28m in total.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 4 April 2024.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
