I give notice that on 5 February 2024 and 21 February 2024, the applicant wrote to Worcestershire County Council submitting further information in relation to the Environmental Statement regarding access and highways.

On 7 January 2020, Mr Timmins applied to Worcestershire County Council for planning permission for the above proposal. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan as the location of the development is within the Green Belt. The development may affect the setting of Listed Buildings and Public Rights of Way. The applicant is seeking planning permission to extract approximately 850,000 tonnes of sand and gravel, with restoration by way of importation of inert waste material, returning the site primarily to agricultural use. The County Council sought comments on this planning application from 29 January 2020 until 4 March 2020, from 21 April 2021 until 2 June 2021, from 4 May 2022 until 8 June 2022 and from 18 October 2023 until 22 November 2023.
