Council (Wyre Forest District – Stourport on Severn Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2025 [Experimental Prohibition of Waiting on Kingsway, Stourport on Severn]
On 31 July 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order which will impose prohibition of waiting at any time on the following lengths and side of roads in Stourport on Severn:
Kingsway –South Side: From a point 47m west of its junction with Minster Road for a distance of 23m in a westerly direction.
The Order contains exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Experimental Order will come into operation on 28 August 2025 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.

The Experimental Order has been made to allow an assessment of the effect of the Order before a decision is taken to make it permanent. If you wish to object / make representations about the Order being made permanent you must do so in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk; by 28 February 2025 specifying the grounds on which they are made.
