Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2024 [Prohibition of Waiting on Crown Street, Summer Street and Raglan Street, Worcester]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:

Crown Street (north side) from its junction with Summer Street for a distance of 10m in an easterly direction.

Summer Street (east side) from its junction with Crown Street for a distance of 9m in a northerly direction.

Raglan Street (west side) from a point 24m south of its junction with Gregory’s Mill Street for a distance of 7m in a southerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
