In Worcestershire children’s services are delivered by Worcestershire Children First (WCF), it is a ‘not for profit’ company and 100% owned by Worcestershire County Council. You can read more about WCF here: Worcestershire Children First.

Worcestershire County Council and Worcestershire Children First deliver a number of services via different departments, and the route for making complaints (or compliments) may differ. To make things more straight forward we have listed each service, you may come into contact with regarding SEND, separately.

SEND Services are the part of the All-Age Disability Service which makes decisions about Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) and Needs Assessments. There are specific guidelines about the EHCP process, which are dealt with in a separate section, but if your complaint is about the service or a member of the SEND Service, then the procedures to follow are below.
