I’m not happy with Social Care

In Worcestershire children’s services are delivered by Worcestershire Children First (WCF), it is a ‘not for profit’ company and 100% owned by Worcestershire County Council. You can read more about WCF here: Worcestershire Children First.

Worcestershire County Council and Worcestershire Children First deliver a number of services via different departments, and the route for making complaints (or compliments) may differ. To make things more straight forward we have listed each service, you may come into contact with regarding SEND, separately.

I’m not happy with children’s social care

This is when your child or young person with SEND is involved with the All-Age Disability Social Care team. Complaints will be considered under these procedures when made by children and young people about the services they receive from Worcestershire's Social Care Services. Complaints will also be considered when made by parents, Local Authority foster carers and other appropriate adults making a complaint on behalf of a child or young person.

I’m not happy with adult social care

This is when your young person with SEND is slightly older (over 25) and is involved with the Adult Social Care team. If you have a compliment, comment or complaint about Adult Social Care in Worcestershire we want to hear from you.
