Behaviour

• what happened during the behaviour?
• what was the behaviour? (emotional, physical etc)
• how long did the behaviour last?

Consequences

• what happened after the behaviour?
• how did staff and children react?
• was a consequence given because of the behaviour?

Communication

• what do you think the child was trying to communicate?
