It has been announced that SEADA Technology Ltd has been awarded the highly prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise (KAE) today.
SEADA Technology receive their award in the International Trade Category.
This year, 197 UK businesses have achieved this award, with 12 coming from the West Midlands region, which includes Worcestershire. Out of the 197 winning businesses 176 (88%) are SMEs, and of those, 27 (14%) are micro-businesses, with 10 employees or less.
SEADA Technology Ltd, based in Bromsgrove, last received this award in 2019, when it was the Queen’s Award for Enterprise (QAE). They are a world-leading manufacturer of Video Wall Controllers, conference technology and Pro AV solutions.

SEADA Technology will be presented with their Award and Grant of Appointment by the Lord-Lieutenant of Worcestershire, Mrs Beatrice Grant later in the year. One representative from the business will also be invited to a special Royal reception event.
The King’s Award for Enterprise is the most prestigious awards for UK business, designed to recognise and encourage outstanding achievements in the fields of Innovation, International Trade, Sustainable Development and Promoting Opportunity (through social mobility).
The King’s Award scheme (previously the Queen’s Award) was instituted by Royal Warrant in 1965 and the first Awards were made in 1966.
