Worcester bus services to continue for next 3 months

Following discussions with First Bus, Worcestershire County Council has agreed that the 31, 32 and 37 bus services will continue as normal for the next 3 months

Following discussions with First Bus, Worcestershire County Council has agreed that the 31, 32 and 37 bus services will continue as normal for the next 3 months.

Previous communication from First Bus had said that the services were due to change.

The 3 services cover Henwick Park via St John’s and the University, Worcester St Peter’s, Battenhall via Bath Road and Kempsey and Worcester Bevere via Northwick

A spokesperson for Worcestershire County Council said “We are currently in discussions with First Bus regarding changes to some of their bus services in the county. We have agreed that the 31, 32 and 37 services will continue as normal for the next three months and are continuing to explore options with First for the future.

The County Council and First Bus will continue discussions for the future of these 3 services and other services in the county.

The services cover the following areas:

  • 31 (Henwick Park via St John’s and the University)
  • 32 (Worcester St Peter’s, Battenhall via Bath Road and Kempsey)
  • 37 (Worcester Bevere via Northwick)
