Robyn and Matt at their wedding

Has Valentine’s Day got you thinking about planning a wedding ceremony or renewing your vows?

Your ceremony and venue can both play equal parts in helping to tell the story of you and your partner.

Worcestershire Registration Services are on hand to help to personalise your ceremony, and make it bespoke to you as a couple.

The team are happy to help create your special celebration ceremony, wherever you choose.

One couple who chose to have a bespoke ceremony when they renewed their vows is Robyn and Matt.

They first said ‘I do’ at their marriage at Tenbury Pump Rooms in 2021.

Due to restrictions in force at the time of their wedding, they could not have all their family and friends in attendance.

They chose to renew their vows at Rhyse Farm in Tenbury, two years later.

Rhyse Farm was a venue, that was chosen specifically by the couple for their renewal ceremony.

The Registration Services team worked with them to create an extra special day including arranging for the same registrar, Vicki to conduct their renewal of vows.

Robyn and Matt said: “We were so pleased to be able to celebrate our wedding with all our family and friends in our chosen venue and with the same registrar who married us in Tenbury Pump Rooms.”

Councillor Marcus Hart, Worcestershire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Communities, said: “Robyn and Matt’s story was lovely to hear, and I’m really pleased with the help of our Registration Services team, they were able to have their ceremony, their way, in the venue of their choice. I would encourage anyone thinking of holding a ceremony in our wonderful county to take a look at our new brochure and the services we are able to offer.”
