Voting is now open for people to help crown Worcestershire’s Festival & Event of the Year, as part of the prestigious Visit Worcestershire Tourism Awards.
Nine of the county’s most celebrated events have been shortlisted, showcasing the diverse experiences on offer across Worcestershire.
From historical re-enactments to comedy festivals, charity art trails to festive favourites, each finalist has been recognised for delivering an outstanding visitor experience.
Councillor Alan Amos, Cabinet Member with Responsibility for Business and Skills at Worcestershire County Council, said: “These events, whether run by local volunteers or organised on a larger scale, bring people together and play an important role in attracting visitors to Worcestershire. It’s a wonderful opportunity for everyone to show their support and appreciation for the organisers who work so hard to make these experiences enjoyable for us all.”
