You can renew your Pass if it has expired or is due to expire in the next 3 months.

If your pass has expired over 12 months ago, or your previous pass was not issued by Worcestershire County Council, you will need to apply for a new bus pass.

We may require the following from you to complete your application

• evidence of address 
• proof of disability (Disabled Bus Passes)
• a photograph of yourself

If any of the above is required, it can be uploaded during the application or posted later. 

You can expect to receive your pass within 28 days of all evidence being received.
