A Cornerstone Employer is a business that is invested in the successful and sustainable delivery of careers education for young people and commits to join a leadership group of local businesses to support the schools, colleges and young people in their area.

Pledged Businesses

Local businesses who have pledged to support Worcestershire schools and colleges and to help inspire the future workforce through meaningful encounters.

INclusive Worcestershire Leaders

An INclusive Worcestershire Leader is an inclusive, equitable, and fair employer – one that fights barriers into employment, considering the needs, health and well-being of their workforce.’

What support can they provide?

Each business will have pledged different levels of support. To find out more information about a specific business or a district area, please send your request to cec@worcesteshire.gov.uk.
