The Start-It Business Masterclass

The Start-It Business Masterclass equips budding entrepreneurs with the essential knowledge, skills and confidence needed to begin their business venture. Whether you have a business idea or want to see if self-employment is for you, the Start-It Masterclasses is a great stepping stone to help you move forward.  

Support is delivered face-to-face in local settings and brings like-minded entrepreneurs together to share experiences while gaining purposeful advice and guidance from business start-up specialists.

The support runs for a total of 12 hours, over two days and includes masterclasses around, Exploring Enterprise; Market Research; Finance & Legal; and Business Planning.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible to join one of our Start-It Masterclasses, aspiring entrepreneurs must be able to evidence having a residential address within Worcestershire and be able to attend the venue for the duration of the programme. Those attending will not, as of yet, have registered a business or registered with HMRC as self-employed.

How this project is funded

This project is part-funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, Bromsgrove District Council, Malvern Hills District Council, Redditch Borough Council, Worcester City Council, Wychavon District Council and Wyre Forest District Council and Worcestershire County Council.
