School Catchment and School Search
You can find out if a particular address falls within a catchment area of a school by selecting the 'Search by Postcode' tab. Please be aware some schools will not appear because they do not use catchment areas for deciding places.
To search for schools by location, select the 'Search by Area' tab and enter your search criteria i.e. school location and school type. Clicking on a school will provide further information. Independent or privately owned schools will not be included within the results. Search for schools

Number on School Roll
The Local Authority normally undertakes pupil counts each year in the Autumn and Spring Terms. The Spring Term Pupil Count takes place on the 3rd Thursday after the start of the term in January. Read more
