Request services from early help family support

Coronavirus (COVID-19) information for professionals

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) Worcestershire Children First have needed to make temporary changes to the way in which EIFS and TFS services operate during these challenging times.

We are focusing on delivering the required interventions to safeguard those children in need of protection, promote the welfare of those children and young people in our care and to provide the necessary support to those children in need preventing escalation of risk and need for child protection or care where possible.

Therefore we are unable to accept new requests for support at this time from our professional colleagues.

Further advice and guidance can be found at:

Website: Here2Help from Worcestershire County Council

Website: Starting well (opens in a new window)

Please be assured we are continuously reviewing this position in line with Government and local guidance.
