Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce is the new lead partner for the administration, co-ordination and development of Worcestershire Works Well

Speaking of the announcement Sharon Smith, CEO of the Chamber, said:

“We are delighted to have been awarded the delivery of such a well-known and recognised health and wellbeing initiative. “The scheme already works with over 100 businesses locally, and we look forward to taking it in a new direction to support organisations in what continues to be an unprecedented time for all.”

The Chamber will now lead on the marketing and growth of the initiative in Worcestershire and will continue to work alongside supporting partners Community First and Active Herefordshire & Worcestershire, and steering group members Worcestershire County Council and Worcestershire Regulatory Services.

The Worcestershire Works Well brand-new framework was launched at the start of September 2020, with three levels of accreditation of which an organisation can work towards. Businesses that are interested in finding out more are encouraged to email for further information.
