Family Hub Consultation - Redditch and Wychavon

Family hubs aim to provide joined-up help, support and services to children, young people and families from pregnancy through to the age of 19 years old (or 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities).

Hubs are not necessarily about creating new buildings but focus on bringing services together and changing the way family help and support is delivered locally. Services may be delivered from a mixture of locations such as children’s centres, libraries, schools etc as well as delivered online/ virtually or in the home.

Please help us by answering the following short survey so we can hear from families about what is important to you and the help and support you need.

The surveys are anonymous, confidential and open to everyone living in Redditch and Wychavon.

Anyone who completes the Family Hub Consultation will have the opportunity to enter a free prize draw to win one of four £50 supermarket shopping vouchers.

The surveys close at midnight on Sunday 30 April 2023.
