Tina Russell, Interim Chief Executive of Worcestershire Children First, said: “Our business plan outlines how we will keep the vision we have set ourselves as a company to ensure Worcestershire is a wonderful place for all children and young people to grow up in, and our mission to ensure they are all happy, healthy and safe.

“We remain committed to these values; to keep children at the heart of everything we do, value family life, provide good education for all, and protect children from harm.

The plan covers such areas as:

How they are working in partnership with Worcestershire County Council as a wholly owned council company;

How they work within the company of Worcestershire Children First – a whole service working together as an entity across the early help, education, and social care agenda;

How they will continue to support their workforce, who are fundamental to their foundation, to help achieve both sustainability and ongoing improvement and development.

Supporting the company priorities each directorate has a focused operational plan that draws out the priorities for service development, improvement and innovation.
