Healthwatch hospital discharge during COVID-19 survey

Healthwatch Worcestershire are asking patients and their carers (paid and unpaid) about their experiences of being discharged from hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Healthwatch Worcestershire are asking people who live in Worcestershire and have been in hospital since March 2020 to tell us their experience of leaving hospital.

They are also asking carers, paid and unpaid (relative, friend or neighbour), for their views.
