The Department for Education

The Department for Education has launched a new helpline to answer questions about COVID-19 related to education. Staff, parents and young people can contact the helpline their opening hours are 8.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday):

Reporting of suspected and confirmed cases and suspected outbreaks

Worcestershire Public Health, the County Council and Worcestershire Children First recommend that all schools, colleges and early years providers should report positive cases for both staff and pupils locally in the first instance through the Worcestershire County Council Local Outbreak Response Team (LORT):
