Reporting of suspected and confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Worcestershire Public Health, the County Council and Worcestershire Children First recommend that all schools, colleges and early years providers should report positive cases for both staff and pupils locally in the first instance through the Worcestershire County Council Local Outbreak Response Team (LORT).

The team are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and on Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4pm:

Notify Public Health

If you are an education or early years setting with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case or outbreak, please let Worcestershire County Council Public Health Local Outbreak Response Team (LORT) know by completing the checklist available on the Children's Services Portal and emailing this to wcchealthprotection@worcestershire.gov.uk.
