Here2Help is a service that offers support for people of all ages and is available for both residents and organisations to access information, advice, tools, guidance and local support available to them or others in the local community based on their needs.

Become a Here2Help volunteer
We have received many kind offers of help and support from individuals across Worcestershire during the pandemic. We would love to hear from you if you could help as an individual volunteer.
Household support fund
The previous Household Support Fund scheme closed at the end of September 2022.
The council received final guidance from the Government on 30 September 22 and is in the process of updating a new offer to support households in the community in line with the new guidance, further details will be published in due course. For more details please visit: Household Support Fund.

A phone number has been set up to help those who cannot complete an online form. The dedicated number is: 01905 768053 then press option 3. The Here2Help opening hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm.
Stay Connected
In Worcestershire, as a way of encouraging and supporting people to stay connected we have launched the Stay Connected Pledge. The Pledge works with organisations to ensure their groups and activities are inclusive, welcoming to all and provides opportunities to connect with others. Once organisations have signed the pledge they have access to the stay connected logo which is displayed on their marketing and promotion. SEND Local Offer
Information and advice for children and young adults with disabilities and learning needs
Our Local Offer provides information about provision families can expect to be available across education, health and social care for children and young people who have Special Educational Need (SEN) or are disabled, including those who do not have Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans. You can find out about resources, services, support, activities and events at the SEND Local Offer.
Support available for Ukrainian Guests and their Hosts
Here2Help will be a key service to support those arriving and those sponsoring families as part of the Homes for Ukraine scheme to find out about services and activities available locally in Worcestershire. Find our more information on our dedicated page Support for Ukraine.
