School transport

Further to the on-going Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, as schools are set to return from 8 March 2021, all school transport will resume as per their operation in the Autumn Term.

Summer Term Payments

Please note there has been a delay in delivery of our Summer Term Payment Letters.  Please follow the payment links below to make payment, answering “yes” to the question of if you have received a payment letter.  If you do not know your Education Travel Reference Number, please enter “0” into that field.

Refunds Spring 2021

Spring 1 half term and Spring and Annual pro rata refunds covering 1 January to 8 March have now all been processed and should be received by the end of February.

Direct Debits Summer Term 2021

Unfortunately, we are still unable to offer the option to pay by Direct Debit for the Summer Term if you did not pay by Direct Debit last year, due to constraints in processing and setting up new mandates. We are hoping that we will be able to offer this option for 2021 to 2022.

Contribution rates

Please note that we will be reviewing contribution rates for the 2021/2022 academic year. We will update the website as soon as the new prices are agreed.

Pass printing

Passes are printed on a regular basis throughout the year and are sent out via First Class post. Read more about pass printing

Severn Card Student Bus Pass scheme

Vacant Seat Payment scheme

What happens with an education travel application

Application received via the online application form, from 1st March of the same year:
