Five ways to mental wellbeing

1. Connect

Talk to friends, family, colleagues and neighbours. Speak to someone new. Talk to someone instead of sending an email. Take the time to really listen to someone.

Find new friends by joining clubs and groups with shared interests. Libraries and local newspapers are great ways to find out what’s going on in your area.

Connect...With the people around you. With family, friends, colleagues and neighbours. At home, work, school or in your local community. Think of these as the cornerstones of your life and invest time in developing them. Building these connections will support and enrich you every day.
