How to choose a school or education setting
The Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS) can help you with any questions you might have about choosing a school for your child. Regional and national specialist schools
If you would like your child to go to a school outside of Worcestershire you will need to look on other county council websites and Local Offers.
Independent special schools and colleges
You can use the gov.uk website (opens in a new window) to search for independent special schools and special settings for young people over the age of 16.
This includes schools and settings that are approved under section 41 of the Children and Families Act. This means independent schools and settings that a specially registered to deliver special education to pupils with a special educational need and/or disability.
